ORDER PROCESSING

Xoticcase™ is very proud to have your valuable orders, and we will process your order promptly.
Please allow 2 business days for us to confirm your payment and carefully prepare your order for shipment.
We strive to ship all orders the next business day. However, this is not always possible due to the time required to process your payment, as well as the craftsmanship and quality inherent in all our products. Please be assured we will ship your order as soon as possible. We do not ship partial orders.

At the time of online purchase, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. You will receive a second email from us when your order has shipped, and at the same time, you will receive your shipment tracking number.

SPECIAL ORDERS:
All special orders are shipped prepaid only and cannot be returned.

CANCELLATIONS:
Special ordered merchandise cannot be cancelled and is payable in advance. Cancellation of standard item orders must be received prior to shipment of goods. Xoticcase™ cannot cancel an order once it has shipped.

BACK ORDERS:
We try to avoid backorder situations, but if it occurs, we will take your order and then call you as soon as the product is ready to deliver.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING METHOD:
All orders are shipped as per customer request. Please allow 24-72 hours to process all orders from the date of confirmation of payment receipt.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHOD:
For all international orders, we ship via USPS Priority Mail International at standard applicable International rate.
Xoticcase™ will always declare the full purchase value of product(s) on customs declaration form. For warranty replacements, exchanges, and other products returned to customers, we will declare a $0.00 USD value per federal commercial shipment guidelines.

DOMESTIC PRICING:
All prices are subject to change without prior written or oral notice. All orders are invoiced at prices in effect at the time of shipment. Xoticcase™ is not responsible for any incorrectly printed product descriptions, part numbers, or prices.

INTERNATIONAL PRICING:
All prices are in CAD and USD and do not include freight charges. Prices and freight charges are indicated on the Performa invoice for each order. On all international shipments, the recipient is responsible for all Customs Duties and Taxes levied by the country of destination.

Orders returned to Xoticcase due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.

Orders refused by the recipient for any reason and/or returned to Xoticcase for non-payment of Customs Duties and Taxes are non-refundable.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES FOR LARGE ORDERS

Our shipping charges are based on our USPS Priority Mail envelope rates. However, this envelope has limited dimensional and weight capacity. If an order exceeds the capacity of the USPS Priority Mail envelope, we’ll use the next parcel size up to accommodate packaging and charge accordingly.

PAYMENT:
Standard Terms are C.O.D., Certified Money Order or pre-approved credit card purchases only. Personal checks cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Customers who refuse an order will be held responsible for return freight to Xoticcase™ as well as the original freight. Xoticcase™ will not charge the customers’ credit card until the order is shipped, unless it is a special order.

Payment method is Paypal, however, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Payments received via credit card incur a 3% processing fee on the total order value, including shipping. We do not store or have access to your credit card details. 

RETURNS & CLAIMS:
For the return of goods purchased from Xoticcase™ , request must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of goods. No goods return will be accepted after 7 days. Prior to any return shipment, call Xoticcase™ for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that will be issued over the phone. Returned goods must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and in the original packaging. If the merchandise has been installed, then you have bought it and it cannot be returned. Merchandise can only be returned by the party that originally purchased it from Xoticcase™, i.e., if you bought it from a distributor, you must return it to distributor. the merchandise is being returned because of a shipping or packing error made by Xoticcase™, then Xoticcase™ will only reimburse the buyer for actual  Ground shipping or  Postal Service 1st Class shipping expense. Xoticcase™ cannot issue call tags. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge plus the original cost to ship the goods the first time. Refunds will only be for credit towards future purchases- no cash refunds.

FREIGHT CLAIMS:
All merchandise should be thoroughly inspected by the customer upon receipt. If any shipping damage is found, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. All claims to the carrier must be made within three days of receipt of goods, supported by a bill of lading and invoice.

RECEPTION:
We test out our iPhone cases with all carriers but in some areas reduced reception or spotty reception is more apparent. Most people will not have any problems, though we cannot guarantee this for everyone. We will say that you can order with confidence as we here at Xoticcase™ stand behind our product and customers' 100% satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the fit and or performance of your Xotic-Hybrid case, or any Xoticcase™ product for that matter, you are welcome to exchange it or return it within 7 days of receiving it for a refund.

WARRANTY:
All Xoticcase™, Phone Accessories carry a limited 30 day warranty against defects in workmanship and/or materials. Xoticcase™ warrants its products to be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery, but makes no other warranty claims.

WARRANTY COVERAGE:

  • This warranty is provided to the original purchaser of the phone accessory from an authorized Xoticcase™ re-seller.
  • Warranty is non-transferable; no returns will be accepted from third parties.
  • No RA # will be issued without the proof of purchase from an authorized Xoticcase™ re-seller.
  • No returns will be accepted without a valid RA # printed on the outside on the package and a copy of the original receipt included inside the package.
  • Any packages sent without an RA # printed on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to sender.
  • Product returned without a valid RA # will be refused.
  • Product returned without proof of purchase will be processed as a repair. Sender will be responsible for the retail costs of all parts and in addition, to a repair rate of $75.00 per hr, min charge of 1 hour.

WARRANTY RESTRICTIONS:
  • Abuse, misuse, improper installation and modifications void any warranty.
  • No proof of purchase at the time of warranty claim: claimant must provide proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice) and a return authorization number, obtained from Xoticcase™.
  • Warranty does not cover finishes due to rust, inclement weather conditions, exposure to salt, and or exposure to chemicals. Material discoloration is not covered under any circumstance.
EXTENT OF WARRANTY:
All warranty claims properly returned to Xoticcase™ will be repaired or replaced by Xoticcase™. Xoticcase™ is not responsible for any other expense incurred by the customer under the terms of this limited warranty, nor is Xoticcase™ responsible for any damages either consequential, incidental, special, contingent, or otherwise, or expenses or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of merchandise purchased from Xoticcase™. Any merchandise returned to Xoticcase™ must be sent at the customer’s expense with the proof of purchase along with the return authorization number. Xoticcase™ reserves the right to determine whether the terms of warranty, set out above, have been properly followed. In the event that the terms are not followed, this warranty is void. Xoticcase™ is the sole arbiter of abuse, misuse, installation errors and modifications. Should any of these be found, this warranty is void. The duration of any and all implied warranties are limited to the duration of the express warrant. All incidental or consequential damages are hereby excluded.

CHANGE IN POLICY:
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page. Policy changes will apply only to information collected after the date of the change.
